The Self Help Facilitator is a local attorney who can review documents for correctness, but cannot give legal advice.  Assistance can be provided in the following areas:  Most family law matters, small claims actions, landlord/tenant disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, name changes, civil harassment.  In addition, there are a variety of legal self-help books available for on-site research, covering a wide variety of topics for the self-represented litigant.

 

Please note: The facilitator may be out of the office but may be reached at the courthouse on Monday afternoon, for the civil calendar and Thursday afternoon for the family law calendar.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
   Closed from 11:00 to noon for lunch
  Closed 2nd Friday of every month
Closed on all court holidays.
